Relationship Manager

About This Role

A Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring new high-net-worth clients for Loan Against Securities (LAS) products and deepening relationships with existing clients. This role involves understanding financial needs, pitching customized solutions, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new high-net-worth clients for LAS products
• Deepen relationships with existing clients by understanding their financial needs
• Pitch customized LAS solutions and guide clients through the application and disbursement process
• Liaise with internal credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies during client onboarding and servicing
• Monitor the LAS portfolio, including margin calls, renewals, and interest collections
• Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets for revenue, disbursement, and client acquisition
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide the best advisory to clients

Requirements

• Strong understanding of LAS products and financial markets
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills

• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and KYC norms
