Infinity Bakery opened the first organic sourdough bakery in Darlinghurst, Sydney in 1997. We use local produce and sustainable practices to craft authentic sourdough and pastries.

About the role-
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Full-Time Pastry Chef to join our team at Infinity Bakery, working as part of our Venoisserie Team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent hours, with a Monday to Friday schedule and no weekend work.
The role is:
Previous pastry or venoisserie experience will be highly regarded, particularly experience working in a fast-paced production environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic and is keen to be part of a reliable and hardworking team.
One of the key benefits of this position is the consistent Monday to Friday hours. You’ll have your evenings free and, importantly, your weekends off, providing a great balance between work and personal life.
Applicants must have unrestricted working rights in Australia and be able to commit to the full 38-hour working week.
