About This Role

Teaching English online is the core of this independent role, connecting teachers with students for personalized private lessons. This opportunity suits an English teacher who wants the freedom to organize their schedule and grow professionally within a supportive community.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the student acquisition and connection process
• Organize your schedule and choose your availability for classes
• Participate in training sessions on the teaching methodology
• Prepare and teach private online English classes
• Conduct experimental classes with new students
• Participate in training and exchange experiences with other teachers
• Participate in a community that grows every year and already has over 800 teachers from all over Brazil
• Develop commercial and mentoring skills within the community, if interested in expanding your role

Requirements

• Be 18 years or older
• Be fluent in Portuguese and English
• Have availability of at least 20 hours per week for classes, training, and practical activities
• Be able to participate in training during the week, in the morning or afternoon
• Have autonomy, good communication, collaborative spirit, and a desire to develop

Nice to have:

• Availability for classes in the evening, as this expands opportunities for connecting with students
