Motion Designer

About This Role

This role contributes to premium lifestyle brands by designing creative and engaging motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and video content. The Motion Designer will adapt and manage digital content for in-store LED screens and various digital display areas across retail brands.

Responsibilities

• Design creative and engaging motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and video content for in-store LED screens and digital display areas across our retail brands
• Adapt and resize creative content to various LED screen dimensions, resolutions, and formats, ensuring visual consistency and optimal display quality across different store environments
• Manage the publishing and scheduling of digital content across in-store LED screens through centralized LED content management platforms
• Develop dynamic visual content for seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, and special occasions, in line with each brand's visual identity and creative direction
• Ensure all digital content meets technical specifications, brand guidelines, and publishing requirements across different screen formats and platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or related fields from reputable universities
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the e-commerce or retail sector
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications
• Advanced expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion graphics and video editing tools
• Hands-on experience in generating visual and video content using AI tools
• Closely follow design trends and industry innovations
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Creative, dynamic, and solution-oriented

Nice to have:

• Experience in creating and adapting motion content for LED screens with different dimensions, resolutions, and aspect ratios
• Familiarity with LED content management systems (CMS) and digital signage platforms
• Fluency in English
