Responsibilities
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of the Charging Infrastructure team
- Planning, construction, maintenance, and modernization of charging infrastructure facilities and power grids for Stadtreinigung Hamburg and its subsidiaries
- Economical conclusion of framework agreements and efficient use of IT programs
- Coordination and implementation of projects in charging infrastructure, including grid planning, cost calculation, tenders, and award procedures
- Ensuring compliance with legal and technical requirements (e.g., VDE, DGUV, VdS)
- Responsibility for plant safety and general workshop operations
- Planning and conducting training courses and coordinating vocational training in charging infrastructure
- Participation in the further development and optimization of IT systems (e.g., Mebedo software)
Requirements
- Completed university degree as Dipl.-Ing. or B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on energy technology, building technology, or renewable energies
- Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, ideally with leadership experience
- Sound knowledge in electrical installation, grid connection, charging technologies, load management, testing and maintenance, as well as legal and normative requirements
- Proficient use of relevant IT systems (e.g., SAP-PM, KNX, ORCA, Mebedo)
- Driving license Class B
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, teamwork ability, cost awareness, and high service and goal orientation
