College level coaching may substitute for High School coaching experience. Extensive knowledge of athletics at the competition level. Demonstrated leadership skills and the management of large groups of students/athletes and coaches. Previous experience in position(s) where responsibilities include preparing and managing a budget. Previous experience in position(s) where responsibilities include promoting good public relations with the general public, parent groups and meeting deadlines.
