- Drive Micro LAP business across Rajasthan, UP, Haryana, and Punjab.
- Manage and expand the DSA/channel partner network across the assigned geography.
- Lead regional sales teams and ensure achievement of business and disbursement targets.
- Develop new markets and strengthen existing channel relationships.
- Monitor sourcing, login, sanction, and disbursement performance.
- Ensure quality business and adherence to company credit and risk policies.
