T-Ball Coordinator – i9 Sports Part-Time | Shallotte, NC About Us i9 Sports is the nation’s largest provider of fun, safe, and organized youth sports leagues. In Wilmington and Jacksonville, NC, we proudly create family-friendly programs that focus on teamwork, growth, and enjoyment over pressure and competition.
Position Overview We’re seeking a reliable and energetic T-Ball Coordinator for our Fall T-Ball & Coach Pitch Baseball programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, thrives in a leadership position, and wants to make a meaningful impact in their community—while earning extra income on the weekends.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee T-Ball (ages 3–4) and Coach Pitch (ages 5–6) games
- Teach the basics of baseball while keeping activities fun, safe, and engaging
- Communicate clearly with parents, players, and volunteer coaches
- Foster a positive atmosphere that reflects the i9 Sports culture
- Ensure games are organized, on time, and enjoyable for all families

Requirements
- At least 18 years of age (25+ preferred)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
- Comfortable leading both kids and adults in a group setting
- Prior experience with baseball and/or working with children
- Sunday availability (September - November 9am-1pm)
- Professional, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

Schedule
- Saturdays only
