Applications are now open for the Young Professionals Bootcamp (YPB) 2026, an intensive three-day residential leadership and enterprise development program designed to empower high-performing young Nigerians aged 20–35.
Organised by The Platform YPB, the bootcamp aims to equip participants with practical skills, mentorship from industry leaders, and networking opportunities to drive innovation and contribute to Nigeria’s economic transformation.

It features three specialised tracks tailored to different career aspirations:

Participants will engage in general leadership training alongside curated sessions, direct interactions with accomplished mentors, and community-building activities.

A standout feature this year is the opportunity for fellows with existing enterprises to pitch for seed grants from a ₦150 million pool.
Successful pitchers will also receive support to scale their ventures. While encouraged for entrepreneurs, the grant component is optional.
Eligibility and Selection To Qualify, Applicants Must – Be Nigerian citizens aged 20–35 by June 2026.
– Be final-year students or graduates of tertiary institutions.

The program has a strong track record, having run over seven cohorts and trained more than 1,500 fellows since its inception.
