This role involves guiding individuals and groups through yoga sessions to enhance their physical fitness, flexibility, posture, and mental well-being. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of yoga practices and be capable of effectively training diverse participants.
Conduct yoga sessions for individuals and groups
Teach yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, and breathing techniques
Ensure correct posture, alignment, and safe execution of yoga exercises
Plan yoga sessions according to participants
fitness levels and requirements
Monitor participants
progress and provide appropriate guidance
Maintain a positive, motivating, and disciplined training environment
Follow appropriate safety and hygiene practices during sessions
Nice to have:
Bachelor
s Degree in Yoga or Yoga Science
Certification from the Yoga Certification Board (YCB), Ministry of AYUSH, or another recognized yoga training organization
