Yoga Instructor

WE ARE HOT. HIRING. BUILDING OUR DREAM TEAM.

Something very different is coming to the Quad Cities.

Opening December 2026, we’re creating a hot yoga studio experience unlike anything the area has seen before. Elevated, energetic, design-forward, and built around an incredible community.

We’re not just looking for instructors to teach a class. We’re looking for the people who will help define the experience.

THE ROLE

As a Hot Yoga Instructor, you’ll lead powerful, intentional classes in a beautiful heated studio while creating an experience that leaves clients feeling stronger, more energized, and excited to come back.

You’ll be part instructor, part motivator, part community-builder and an important face of the brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead engaging, challenging, and intentional hot yoga classes
• Create a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive studio environment
• Guide students safely through sequences while emphasizing proper alignment and mindful movement
• Offer modifications and variations to accommodate different experience levels
• Bring your own personality, energy, and teaching style to every class
• Build genuine relationships with clients and help create a strong studio community
• Help create the elevated experience we want every client to feel from the moment they walk through the door
• Represent the studio and its values both inside and outside the studio
• Continue developing your teaching skills and knowledge

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You might be our person if you are:

• A certified yoga instructor with a recognized yoga teacher training

• Passionate about movement, wellness, and creating memorable experiences
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable leading a room
• Warm, personable, and genuinely love connecting with people
• Safety-conscious and knowledgeable about working in a heated environment
• Reliable, professional, and excited to be part of a team
• Someone who brings good energy not just good instruction
• Excited to help build something from the ground up
