This role is for a passionate and skilled yoga instructor who is ready to refine their craft, build community, and be part of a team. The ideal candidate is curious, coachable, and committed to becoming an excellent teacher, regardless of whether they are newly certified or have years of experience.
Nice to have:
At ALGN, the approach to yoga is modern, athletic, and movement-focused, emphasizing strength, mobility, flexibility, breathwork, and intentional movement rather than traditional spiritual or ceremonial practices. The studio is building a team where every instructor is thoughtful, highly trained, intelligent in their approach to movement, and deeply invested in helping people feel strong, capable, and cared for. Classes are designed to complement Pilates programming, prioritizing intelligent sequencing, physical conditioning, mindful breathing, and an energizing group experience.
