Job Title: Yoga Trainer / Yoga Instructor

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Salary: 15,000 20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Yoga Trainer to conduct yoga sessions and guide individuals in improving their physical fitness, flexibility, posture, and mental well-being. The candidate should have sound knowledge of yoga practices and the ability to train individuals and groups effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct yoga sessions for individuals and groups.
• Teach yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, and breathing techniques.
• Ensure correct posture, alignment, and safe execution of yoga exercises.
• Plan yoga sessions according to participants’ fitness levels and requirements.
• Monitor participants’ progress and provide appropriate guidance.
• Maintain a positive, motivating, and disciplined training environment.
• Follow appropriate safety and hygiene practices during sessions.

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Yoga from a recognized institute.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Yoga or Yoga Science will be preferred.
• Certification from the Yoga Certification Board (YCB), Ministry of AYUSH, or another recognized yoga training organization will be an advantage.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct group and individual training sessions.
• Knowledge of basic anatomy, posture alignment, and exercise safety.
• Positive attitude, patience, and strong teaching skills.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Yoga Trainer, Yoga Instructor, or Yoga Teacher.

Salary

15,000 – 20,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
