Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Writer role. The Writer will create clear, engaging content for Roomy’s website, social platforms, marketing campaigns, and guest communications, aligned with the brand’s tone and travel-focused narrative. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching destinations and customer needs, drafting and editing copy, collaborating with design and marketing teams, and ensuring consistency across all written materials. The role also involves updating existing content, supporting new product or location launches with compelling stories, and helping maintain content standards and guidelines that support Roomy’s growth.
Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing skills for web, marketing, and customer-facing content.
- Ability to conduct structured research on travel destinations, guest preferences, and market trends.
- Experience crafting concise, brand-aligned copy for social media, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
- Basic familiarity with digital content tools (e.g., CMS, collaboration platforms) and an interest in travel or hospitality.
- Excellent command of written English; proficiency in Urdu or regional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle content is an advantage but not required.
