Role Description The Writer role at Outlier AI is a full-time, on-site position based in Zenica. The Writer is responsible for producing clear, engaging, and accurate written content that explains complex data and business intelligence concepts to a wide range of audiences. Day-to-day tasks include researching topics related to data, analytics, and decision-making, drafting and revising articles, blog posts, case studies, internal documentation, and marketing materials. The Writer collaborates with product, data, and marketing teams to translate technical ideas into accessible narratives and supports the creation of consistent messaging across channels. The role also involves incorporating feedback from stakeholders, maintaining brand voice and style guidelines, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating clear, concise, and engaging content for digital and print formats.
• Ability to research complex topics and synthesize information into accessible narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Interest in data, analytics, business intelligence, or technology, with the ability to learn and explain new concepts quickly.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience writing in a professional context (e.g., content creation, technical writing, marketing copy, documentation) is preferred.
