Role Description The Writer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Metro Manila. The Writer will develop clear, compelling copy for digital and print channels, including campaigns, websites, social media, and brand materials. Daily tasks include researching client industries and audiences, crafting concepts and messaging in collaboration with designers and strategists, and revising content based on feedback. The Writer will ensure all copy aligns with brand voice and strategic objectives, support ideation for creative pitches, and help maintain consistent messaging across multiple projects and platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different brands and channels.
• Experience in developing concepts and messaging for advertising, digital content, and social media campaigns.
• Solid research skills to understand client industries, audiences, and competitive landscapes.
• Attention to detail in grammar, structure, and clarity, with the ability to revise content efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, strategists, and account teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, brand storytelling, and content best practices is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages and culture in Metro Manila is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
