Your Tasks

• Support the continuous improvement and digital transformation of transportation and logistics processes
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and visualization to enable informed business and project decisions
• Research and assess innovative technologies, digital solutions as well as best practices within Logistics and Business Intelligence
• Contribute to the planning and documentation of project and operational processes
• Monitor project progress, track action items, and maintain accurate status updates in Salesforce, Jira, and SharePoint
• Partner with Business Intelligence and Project Management stakeholders to ensure scalability and adherence to best practices

Your Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Digital Management, or a comparable discipline
• Fluent English communication skills and business-fluent German proficiency required
• Passion for transportation, logistics, digital transformation, and process optimization
• Strong analytical and organizational skills combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Interest in data analytics and digital tools; exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, or SAP is beneficial
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience in working with Power Automate is an asset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within international and interdisciplinary teams
