About the role
We are looking for a highly analytical and technology-driven professional to design, improve, and automate business workflows.
Role & responsibilities:
- Map and document existing workflows and business processes.
- Identify repetitive manual tasks suitable for automation.
- Design and implement workflow & RPA automation solutions.
- Build integrations between applications using APIs & webhooks.
- Create automated notifications, task assignments, validations, and reports.
- Prepare SOPs and technical/process documentation.
- Identify opportunities to implement AI-powered automation & productivity solutions.
Preferred candidate profile:
- 2-5 years of experience in workflow automation, RPA, process automation, software automation or business process improvement.
- Strong hands-on experience in developing and implementing automation solutions.
- Ability to convert manual processes into scalable automated systems.
- Good understanding of n8n, Power Automate & API integrations.
- Comfortable working with AI and emerging automation technologies.

Work Timings: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturday working, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
