Job Title: Implementation Project Manager (Workday Financials)

Location: SeaTac, WA (Hybrid)

Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Workday Financials implementation on behalf of the client.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the Workday Systems Integrator (SI) .
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, governance, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including

Finance, IT, Operations, and Executive Leadership .

• Drive organizational change management, communication planning, user readiness, training, and adoption.
• Support implementation across:
• Financial Accounting
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Asset Management
• Planning & Budgeting
• Procurement
• Inventory Management
• Cash Management

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have

• Full-cycle Workday Financials implementation experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager .
• Experience managing a Workday Systems Integrator (SI) .
• Strong project/program management expertise.
• Executive stakeholder management.
• Organizational Change Management (OCM).
• Finance transformation experience.
• Cross-functional leadership across Finance, IT, and Operations.
