Compensation Range: Hourly rate ranges from $90–$110, based on overall experience and qualifications

Introduction:
Our client is seeking a Workday Finance Change Management Consultant to support a major Finance transformation. This role will help assess business impacts, guide adoption, and advise stakeholders throughout implementation.
The ideal candidate will bring experience across Finance, P2P, Supply Chain, Inventory, Distribution, or Logistics and be comfortable challenging ideas, listening to stakeholders, and providing practical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead Workday Finance Change Management as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
- Partner with stakeholders to assess impacts, gather requirements, and shape adoption strategies.
- Develop change, communication, and readiness plans aligned with business goals.
- Provide advisory support throughout design and implementation, leveraging lessons from prior full-suite transformations.
- Identify adoption risks and resistance, recommending practical solutions to improve engagement.
- Collaborate across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Distribution, and IT .
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered.
- 3–8 years of Change Management experience supporting Workday Finance or complex ERP transformations.
- Strong understanding of Finance and P2P processes, including AP, inventory, supply chain, and grants.
- Experience leading change, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Comfortable balancing strategic guidance with hands-on execution.
- Experience supporting end-to-end implementations and assessing business impacts.
- Strong communicator and collaborative team player.
