Required Qualifications
- Active Workday Advanced Compensation Certification (Mandatory)
- 5+ years of Workday HCM consulting experience.
- Strong functional expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Advanced Compensation modules.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Workday solutions.
- Strong understanding of compensation planning processes, merit increases, bonus planning, stock awards, and compensation cycles.
- Experience with Workday security, business processes, eligibility rules, and condition rules related to compensation.
- Ability to troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend best practices.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
