About the role
We have partnered with our client, a Global Life Sciences Organisation in their search for a Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements across Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation processes.
- Design, configure and support compensation plans, merit and bonus programmes, stock compensation, eligibility rules and compensation cycles.
- Lead workshops, solution design sessions, testing activities and post-go-live support while collaborating with HR, Reward and Technology stakeholders.
Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex compensation requirements into scalable solutions.
- Experience across the full project lifecycle including design, build, testing, deployment, data validation and production support.
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Experience within Workday Consulting, HRIS, Reward Technology or Enterprise Systems environments. Workday Compensation certifications are highly desirable.
