Work Study Office Assistant

About This Role

This in-person position on the Office of Undergraduate Students team is for two or three current undergraduate students to work as Office Assistants for the 2026/27 academic year. The role involves providing administrative support and assisting with events, primarily in a student-friendly office environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors
• Provide general administrative support and assist staff as needed for the Office of Undergraduate Students and associated offices
• Assist with events, including meeting caterers, setting up, and cleaning up
• Assist with filing, restocking supplies, setting up meeting spaces, and tidying shared areas
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming packages
• Monitor shared spaces to keep them student-friendly and welcoming
• Ensure student supply closet and collaboration rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use
• Monitor the student supply closet: taking inventory, checking students out, and informing staff of low products
• Perform other duties as assigned

Important Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
• Hours: up to ten hours per week
