WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide professional and responsive customer service
• Assist with customer questions and account-related inquiries
• Clearly communicate information and available options to clients
• Follow established systems, procedures, and training
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions
• Work independently while staying connected with a supportive remote team
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for individuals who are:
• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Comfortable communicating by phone and online
• Comfortable using a computer, email, and internet
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Able to follow established systems and procedures
• Professional and customer-focused
• Willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License
No previous insurance, sales, or industry experience is required.
FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

Our full training and support are designed to help qualified entry-level applicants learn the systems, processes, and skills required for the position.
You'll receive guidance and ongoing mentorship as you move through the onboarding and training process.
