Your Responsibilities
- Bridge language gaps between two or more individuals/parties by through language interpretation over the phone/on video
- Log interactions in our company system
- Participate in team meetings and strategize on team performance improvement
- Participate in one-on-one coaching sessions with direct manager to strategize on individual performance improvement
Your Qualifications:
- Be a fun individual who genuinely wants to help people!
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Fluent in written and spoken Laotian
- Coachable, learner mindset, ability to take feedback and proactively apply it to improve results
- Willing to work 100% Rotational Night Shift.
