About The Role We are seeking motivated and passionate WordPress Developers to join our expanding team at ACSIUS. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining professional websites that are visually appealing, highly functional, and optimized for performance. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to transform mock-ups and design concepts into fully responsive websites. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of WordPress development, theme customization, and plugin integration, along with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. This position offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills in a fast-paced environment and contribute to impactful digital projects.
Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in WordPress development. A strong understanding of WordPress core, themes, and plugins is essential. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery is required. Experience with page builders like Elementor and e-commerce plugins like WooCommerce is highly desirable. Basic knowledge of PHP for customization purposes, along with an understanding of website performance optimization and SEO best practices, is necessary. Candidates should be familiar with version control systems like Git. A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if the required skills and experience are demonstrated.
Responsibilities Develop and customize WordPress websites to meet client specifications and project requirements.
Customize themes, layouts, and website functionalities to enhance user experience.
Work with Elementor page builder to create visually appealing and responsive pages.
Integrate and configure WooCommerce for e-commerce functionalities where applicable.
Convert design mock-ups into fully responsive websites optimized for various devices.
Maintain, update, and enhance existing WordPress websites to ensure optimal performance and security.
Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking.
Optimize website speed and performance through code and configuration adjustments.
Identify and troubleshoot issues related to WordPress, themes, plugins, and server configurations.
Collaborate effectively with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
