Guest Experience Shift Lead - Wondra Chicago Wondra is an exciting new immersive attraction designed to spark wonder and create unforgettable memories for guests of all ages. Join our team and help bring this one-of-a-kind, interactive experience to life for families exploring a world of color and imagination!
💥 What You’ll Do
- Help support the Wondra team during daily operations
- Keep lines moving and guest energy positive
- Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed
- Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience
- Help train and motivate team members
- Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families
- Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day
Qualifications & Experience 🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Are outgoing, positive, and confident talking to people
- Can stay calm in busy situations
- Enjoy helping and encouraging others
- Have experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions
- Want to grow into leadership
- Available weekends + holidays (required)
