Wireless Sales Representative

About This Role

Working as a Wireless Sales Associate, you will be the face of the Metro by T-Mobile brand, helping customers stay connected with mobile plans, smartphones, and accessories. This role involves assisting customers with their first smartphone, troubleshooting issues, and setting up family plans, with the goal of delivering a great experience every time.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assist customers in finding the right phones, service plans, and accessories to meet their needs and hit monthly sales goals
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service that keeps customers coming back
• Stay up-to-date on the latest smartphones, features, and Metro by T-Mobile promotions
• Handle cash and card transactions
• Process new activations
• Assist with inventory
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming

Requirements

• Passionate about helping people with a friendly, welcoming approach
• Able to explain technology and plans in simple, clear terms
• Motivated by sales targets and earning potential
• Punctual, dependable, and ready to work flexible hours
• High school diploma or equivalent
