Wireless Retail Manager

About This Role

This role is for a results-driven, hands-on manager to lead and develop a team of talented experts, delivering best-in-class customer experiences in a wireless kiosk location. The manager is key to the success of the partnership between Walmart Canada and OSL in operating wireless kiosk locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of talented experts
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences
• Drive team, sales results, and service with operational effectiveness
• Manage budgets
• Forecast sales
• Merchandise
• Manage retail metrics
• Recruit and coach staff

Requirements

• Retail management experience (in wireless or electronics is an asset)
• Proven ability to drive team, sales results, and service, with operational effectiveness
• Solid track record of managing budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising, and retail metrics
• Experience with recruitment, coaching, HR, and Canadian employment standards
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good customer service instincts: action to help first, eye for detail, problem solver
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
