Job Description :
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- Experience with PLM Implementation, Upgrade and Migration with a minimum of 5-7 years in Windchill PDMLink.
- 2-3 End to End Implementations.
- Experience of PLM solution specification, configuration and implementation
- Broad understanding of application and technology integration frameworks
- Expertise with the application of structured methodologies for defining, implementing and maintaining end-to-end solutions using package solutions
- Demonstrable track record of successful delivery in a number of large-scale, high-profile projects involving both business and IT components
Roles & Responsibilities
- The primary responsibilities for the Windchill lead will include
- Manage stakeholder expectations and align the project accordingly
- Collaborate with client program manager regarding project related activities
- Interact with Business Analysts to clarify and understand requirements
- Translate the requirements to Design
- Analyze and prepare As-Is and To-Be documentation
- Understand downstream integrated applications and functionalities
- Windchill configuration and customizations to meet the requirements
- Provide proof of concept (POC) if required
- Help onsite team to prepare documentation
Generic Managerial Skills:
- Proven project/program management and change management skills and expertise
- Strong experience of project definition and planning, requirements gathering, analysing and definition and process mapping
- Strong client and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent business communication skills, verbal and written skills
- Experience in managing the Technical and functional team
