About This Role
This role is for an experienced Wind Turbine Technician with specific V47 experience to join the SkyMast Energy team. The technician will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on V47 wind turbines, completing scheduled and corrective maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on V47 wind turbines
- Complete scheduled and corrective maintenance activities
- Follow all safety procedures and customer requirements
- Complete required service documentation and reporting
- Work effectively with fellow technicians, supervisors, and customers
Requirements
- Previous V47 wind turbine experience
- Wind industry experience
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working at heights and in a physically demanding environment
- Safety-minded and committed to following established safety procedures
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Comfortable using technology for communication, documentation, and field service reporting
- Willingness to travel and work on wind projects as required
- Professional communication and a strong work ethic

- Schedule: Rotation based project, 3 weeks on, 2 weeks off
