Job Summary
Seeking a Wet Bench Engineer to support installation, qualification, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wet process equipment. The role focuses on ensuring safe, reliable tool operation and supporting engineering activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support installation and qualification of wet bench equipment
- Manage tool operation, health monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Drive preventive maintenance and calibration
- Handle chemical, fluid, pump, valve, and sensor issues
- Coordinate with vendors for service and spares
- Ensure safety, EHS, and contamination control compliance
- Support SOPs, documentation, and checklists
- Work with facilities for utility readiness (DI water, exhaust, drain)
- Perform root cause analysis and implement improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field
- 3–8 years experience in wet bench or similar equipment
- Hands-on with fluid, chemical, and electromechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills
- Good understanding of safety and tool operation
Preferred
- Semiconductor or advanced lab experience
- Knowledge of PLCs and control systems
- Experience with DI water and chemical delivery systems
