- Unterstützung beim alltäglichen HR Business
- Unterstützung bei besonderen HR-Projekten
- Eigenständige Betreuung und Verwaltung der Werkstudenten vom Bewerbermanagement über den Eintritt bis zum Austritt
- Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen, Arbeitszeugnissen und Bescheinigungen
- Pflege der Personalakten
- Unterstützung des Payroll Shared Service
Dein Profil
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Human Resources Management oder Ähnliches
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch sowie Englisch
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Human Resources Bereich
