- Own the overall performance and profitability of your Wendy’s restaurant
- Hire, train, and develop a highly motivated, enthusiastic team
- Ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional, delicious experience
- Manage inventory, labor, and operational standards with integrity
- Be the role model who leads with passion and enthusiasm every day
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of leadership management experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry
- 5+ years of experience working in the QSR industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and hold your team accountable
- A guest-first mindset with a commitment to excellence
- Comfortable managing P&L responsibility and food safety practices
