We combine clinical expertise with personalized care plans and ongoing accountability to create meaningful, sustainable patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing accountability and wellness coaching support to patients
• Conduct virtual patient check-ins between provider visits
• Help patients implement provider-directed nutrition, movement, sleep, hydration, stress-management, and wellness strategies
• Support adherence to supplements, medications, and lifestyle recommendations
• Help patients identify and overcome barriers to consistency and long-term success
• Encourage positive behavior change through motivational interviewing and supportive coaching techniques
• Track patient progress and document coaching interactions appropriately
• Assist with patient onboarding and engagement throughout their wellness journey
• Reinforce education provided by the medical provider while maintaining proper scope of practice
• Escalate clinical concerns or patient issues appropriately to provider
• Help improve patient experience, compliance, retention, and overall outcomes

Qualifications

• Health coaching certification preferred (NBC-HWC, IIN, Precision Nutrition, functional medicine coaching, or similar)
• Experience in wellness coaching, weight management, metabolic health, hormone optimization, or functional medicine preferred
• Strong communication and motivational interviewing skills
• Compassionate, emotionally intelligent, and encouraging
• Organized and dependable with strong follow-through
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Understanding of professional boundaries and non-provider scope of practice
• Passion for helping patients create sustainable long-term health transformation

Position Details

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Flexible remote part-time position
• Approximately 5–15 hours weekly initially with opportunity for growth
