Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient treatment plans
• Educate patients on services, recommendations, and treatment options
• Handle daily collections and maintain financial accuracy
• Manage inventory for supplements and clinical supplies
• Order products and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations with professionalism and efficiency

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to confidently guide patients through treatment plans
• Ability to explain available treatment options clearly
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable multitasking
• Ability to communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence
• 2 years of experience in the health industry
