About This Role
This role is for a passionate and guest-focused Wellness Coordinator who will curate and coordinate exceptional wellness experiences that inspire relaxation, rejuvenation, and holistic well-being for guests at a luxury villa destination.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily wellness programs, including yoga, meditation, fitness sessions, spa treatments, and holistic therapies
- Manage wellness reservations, appointments, and guest schedules
- Welcome guests and provide personalized wellness recommendations based on their preferences and needs
- Ensure all wellness facilities, equipment, and treatment areas are prepared, clean, and meet luxury standards
- Develop and promote wellness experiences, retreats, and seasonal wellness packages
- Maintain accurate guest wellness profiles and treatment records while ensuring confidentiality
- Monitor service quality and continuously improve the guest wellness journey
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally and promptly
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Wellness Management, Tourism, Sports Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, resort, villa, spa, or wellness center
- Strong knowledge of wellness, spa, fitness, holistic therapies, and guest experience management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation or booking systems
- Professional attitude with a positive, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
