Welfare Benefits Caseworker Based In Worcester Part-time 28 Hours per week Initially funded until March 2028 Salary: £29,071 - £31,015 FTE FT per annum (actual pro rata £22,000 - £23,471) depending on experience. Closing date: Monday 12 October 2026 Interview date: w/c 19 October 2026 Provide casework across the full range of welfare benefits, including preparing and presenting cases to statutory bodies, tribunals and courts as appropriate, negotiating with third parties, and supporting clients with calculations, correspondence and calls where necessary. Also, assisting with supervision and training of volunteers where required.

For all roles we are looking for an individual with recent experience of advice work. We are also willing to consider other candidates with transferable skills which meet the person specification.
