We are looking for Welding Inspectors / QC Inspectors.
Salary:
Welding inspector, responsible for ensuring that welded components meet required specifications, codes, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect welds for quality, penetration, and compliance.
- Review fabrication drawings and welding procedures.
- Conduct visual weld inspections.
- Work with welders and production supervisors to resolve defects.
- Maintain inspection reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with shop safety and quality procedures.
Requirements:
Welding inspection experience, knowledge of welding codes and fabrication standards, blueprint and weld symbol interpretation. AWS certification is preferred but not required.
