Role: Weekend RN Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical care and nursing teams in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
- Oversee weekend nursing operations to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care for post-acute and long-term residents.
- Supervise staff, including nurses and CNAs, providing mentorship and support.
- Coordinate assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Support clinical decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize resident outcomes.
