The Dartmouth Group is hiring a Part Time Concierge to work on Saturdays and Sundays at 11am-4pm for its community in Somerville, MA.
Daily responsibilities:
- Meet and greet homeowners, residents, vendors and contractors.
- Research and respond to inquiries in-person, by phone, and email.
- Schedule maintenance contractors and vendors onsite.
- Receive, log, and distribute packages.
- Maintain a neat, orderly, and clean environment.
- Other duties as requested.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of previous concierge experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- Proactive, takes the initiative, and follow-ups with manager.
- Systems savvy.
