Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for confirmed events, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients throughout the event journey
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, including operations, culinary, service, and venue stakeholders, to ensure all requirements are aligned and delivered to exacting standards
• Prepare comprehensive event briefs, timelines, function sheets, and operational checklists
• Ensure all event details, special requests, and service standards are communicated accurately and in a timely manner
• Support pre-event planning, site inspections, and final coordination meetings
• Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring a smooth and polished guest experience from start to finish
• Anticipate challenges, resolve issues promptly, and uphold service excellence at all times
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners to support repeat business and long-term trust

Requirements

• Experience in hotel events, banquet operations, luxury hospitality, or high-end event coordination
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A gracious, service-oriented communicator with the ability to engage confidently with clients and internal teams
• Calm, resourceful, and composed under pressure
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
