Webflow Developer

About This Role

This on-site Webflow Developer role is based in Hyderabad. The Webflow Developer will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining websites using Webflow, translating design mockups into responsive, accessible, and high-performing web pages. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, optimizing site performance, managing CMS structures, and participating in reviews to maintain design and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Build, customize, and maintain websites using Webflow
• Translate design mockups into responsive, accessible, and high-performing web pages
• Collaborate with designers and content teams
• Implement animations and interactions
• Integrate third-party tools
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Troubleshoot issues
• Optimize site performance
• Manage CMS structures
• Participate in reviews to maintain design and code quality
• Work closely with project stakeholders to meet timelines and ensure deliverables align with client expectations and brand guidelines

Requirements

• Strong Webflow development skills, including building responsive layouts, working with Webflow CMS, and configuring interactions and animations
• Front-end fundamentals, such as HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for customizing components, enhancing functionality, and ensuring standards-compliant code
• Design and UX awareness, including the ability to interpret Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs, maintain visual consistency, and apply best practices for usability and accessibility
• Website performance and quality skills, including testing across browsers and devices, optimizing page load times, and troubleshooting layout or interaction issues
• Collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective work with designers, content teams, and project managers, and clear documentation of work and changes
• A relevant bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred

Nice to have:

• Experience with SEO basics
• Integrations with marketing tools (forms, analytics, CRM)
• Prior agency or multi-project environment experience

• Schedule: Night Shift - 6 PM - 3 AM EST Time Zone
