About This Role
This specialist role focuses on enhancing the company's webshop by combining design expertise with an understanding of user experience to drive conversions. The Webdesign & CRO Specialist ensures online communication is pixel-perfect and user-friendly for parents and expectant parents.
Responsibilities
- Design the website and online campaigns, from initial concept to launch
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to achieve optimal results
- Monitor design quality and ensure proper implementation
- Optimize the customer journey to keep the webshop intuitive and inspiring
- Support the Lead Webdesigner in improving usability (CRO)
- Maintain the Visual Identity document in all DTP activities
- Actively contribute ideas for improving the corporate identity
- Translate brand experience into strong, consistent online visuals
- Archive all developed materials
- Ensure colleagues and external partners always work with the correct files
- Collaborate daily with colleagues from E-Commerce, Marketing, and Category Management
Requirements
- MBO/HBO work and thinking level
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a designer in an e-commerce environment
- Knowledge and experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- A portfolio with examples of your work that you are proud of
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
- Creative, structured, and proactive approach
- Solution-oriented mindset and ability to identify opportunities for improvement
- Good command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken
