This full-time, on-site Web Developer role involves owning and building a growing portfolio of lead-generation websites for a full-service sales, media, and marketing agency. The position focuses on rebuilding, launching, and maintaining conversion-focused websites using a template-based approach. It is a hands-on build role for someone who wants to be an integral part of the marketing team.
Responsibilities
Build, launch, and maintain company and client websites in Webflow, starting with a pipeline of at least five lead-generation sites.
Customize Webflow Marketplace templates to precisely match each project’s brand style guide, including colors, typography, spacing, and components.
Build and populate Webflow CMS Collections to drive programmatic pages for services, industry verticals, location/city pages, case studies, FAQs, testimonials, and blogs.
Build one CMS template that powers many pages, allowing for single-template updates to propagate across all pages.
Implement ordered JSON-LD structured data (Organization, Service, LocalBusiness, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, VideoObject) as Webflow Embeds with CMS field bindings.
Validate every page type in Google Rich Results Test.
Achieve Core Web Vitals targets: 85+ mobile PageSpeed, LCP under 2.5s, CLS under 0.1, utilizing WebP imagery, lazy loading, and self-hosted fonts.
Wire up lead capture mechanisms, including modal, inline, and calculator forms, submitting Webflow-native data and webhooking to email platforms and CRMs via Zapier or Make.
Install and configure GA4, Google Tag Manager, and call-tracking Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) to ensure each page type swaps to its tagged tracking number.
Map and build 301 redirects for every changing URL, preserving legacy URLs flagged as off-limits.
Run full pre-launch QA, covering cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (axe/Lighthouse), schema validation, analytics, and mobile responsiveness.
Maintain live sites by troubleshooting issues, shipping ongoing improvements, and ensuring performance and schema health after launch.
Partner daily with the marketing team to transform briefs, copy, and creative into launched, converting pages.
Document builds to enable the marketing team to make routine updates without developer intervention.
Requirements
3+ years building production Webflow sites, with fluency in the Webflow Designer, CMS Collections, multi-reference fields, and CMS template pages.
Programmatic, CMS-driven page experience, specifically with location or industry landing pages rather than just one-off marketing pages.
Hands-on technical SEO experience, including JSON-LD schema implementation, sitemap/robots.txt management, redirect mapping, and on-page structure.
