- Participate actively in code reviews and establish maintainable patterns across the codebase
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, estimate work, and deliver iteratively in an Agile environment

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication/authorization patterns, and secure coding practices
- Working knowledge of relational databases including indexing and practical query tuning
Nice to have:
- Hands-on AWS experience: IAM, EC2, ALB, S3, RDS, CloudWatch — or Azure equivalents
- Nginx, Apache, or Tomcat configuration and performance tuning
- Scripting and automation with PowerShell and/or Python; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience supporting production services and participating in incident response or on-call rotations
Benefits

- 28 paid days off per year
- $7,500 annual tuition reimbursement
