About This Role

This role involves the continuous development, technical optimization, and maintenance of the company's Shopware 6 e-commerce platforms. The successful candidate will develop and customize plugins, extensions, and interfaces to enhance the functionality and performance of online stores. You will work closely with the marketing team to implement new features, landing pages, and digital campaigns, ensuring the e-commerce environment aligns with business objectives and delivers an excellent user experience.

Responsibilities

• Continuously develop, optimize, and maintain the company's Shopware 6 platforms to ensure top performance and security
• Design and implement custom plugins, extensions, and API integrations to meet specific business needs
• Collaborate directly with the marketing team to develop and deploy new functionalities, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns
• Support technical aspects of marketing initiatives, including product launches and promotional campaigns
• Monitor website and shop performance, analyze data, and implement ongoing improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly through troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, procurement, and product management to align development efforts with business goals
• Assist in the further development of the corporate website using WordPress, contributing to a cohesive digital presence

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Shopware development, particularly with Shopware 6
• Strong proficiency in PHP, Symfony, Twig, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of e-commerce processes, user experience (UX), and website performance optimization
• Structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Reliability, team spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility
