About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team at Allegion India. The Security Solutions Specialist will also play a key role in providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert consultation and service delivery.
Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Security Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Prior experience in security systems, access control, or related technical roles is highly desirable. Strong technical knowledge of security hardware, software, and networking concepts is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are critical. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and possess a customer-focused attitude. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or vendor-specific security certifications will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities Develop and customize security solutions based on client requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with industry standards. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, explaining features and benefits effectively. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams to resolve security system issues promptly. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify client needs and recommend appropriate security hardware and software solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to security systems. Prepare detailed proposals, reports, and documentation to support sales and implementation processes. Conduct site surveys and assessments to evaluate security risks and recommend suitable measures. Offer ongoing support and training to clients to maximize the utilization and effectiveness of security solutions.
