Responsibilities
- Create engaging website layouts, landing pages, and visual assets that align with client branding and campaign goals
- Produce wireframes, mock-ups, and detailed design concepts to communicate ideas effectively
- Support brand consistency across all web and digital channels by adhering to style guides and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with developers to prepare designs for implementation, ensuring feasibility and accuracy
- Enhance user journeys by improving navigation, usability, and overall user experience on digital platforms
- Maintain organized design files, asset libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency and ease of access for team members
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions
Requirements
- Strong foundation in digital design principles
- Portfolio showcasing previous web and digital design work
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or similar
- Good understanding of responsive design and user experience (UX) principles
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent visual and layout skills
- Good sense of typography and visual hierarchy
