About This Role
Working collaboratively with creative and account teams, the Web Designer will create attractive, functional, and intuitive web experiences for assigned brands. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining websites, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with brand identity and audience needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain assigned brand websites
- Create, adapt, and optimize graphic assets for web publication
- Develop visual mockups, prototypes, and design proposals for new functionalities and site improvements
- Use Figma to design interfaces, develop prototypes, and prepare visual proposals for implementation
- Apply HTML and CSS knowledge to implement, adjust, and optimize visual elements in web environments
- Manage and update content using Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Develop and adapt graphic material, technical drawings, product sheets, and labels according to brand requirements
- Propose continuous improvements in design, usability, and user experience
- Work collaboratively with Creative, Accounts, and other involved teams to ensure execution aligned with brand objectives
- Stay updated on web design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in similar roles
- Experience in creative or digital agencies
- Experience in designing, updating, and maintaining websites
- Graphic Design, Advertising, Digital Design, or related fields
- Figma
- HTML and CSS
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Microsoft Office
- Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Intermediate-advanced English
- Interface design and prototyping in Figma
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for implementing and adapting web designs
- Proficiency in graphic design and editing tools
- Knowledge of web design trends, platforms, and best practices
- Understanding of usability, responsive design, and user experience (UX/UI)
- Ability to optimize graphic assets and content for different devices and digital formats
